Naia AlKhaledi

Naia is from Guelph, Ontario and holds a degree in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Nutrition and Nutraceuticals from the University of Guelph. She will be returning to the University of Guelph to pursue her master’s in Applied Reproductive Biotechnologies.

As the Chief Operating Officer, Naia is dedicated to keeping things running smoothly and supporting the incredible work the team does every day. She focuses on ensuring that everything behind the scenes is organized and efficient so that the team can achieve its goals together. She loves working alongside a talented and passionate group—collaborating, solving challenges, and helping turn their shared vision into reality. It’s a privilege for her to be part of this journey, and she’s excited to see all that the team will accomplish together while welcoming everyone to Matab’s family!
