Ayat Shafiq

Ayat Shafiq is the Event Coordinator at Matab for Youth, a role she has proudly held for the past three years. With a strong passion for community engagement and youth empowerment, Ayat has played a key role in organizing impactful programs and events that bring young people together around shared values and meaningful dialogue.

She is currently entering her fourth year of undergraduate studies in Human Resource Management, where she continues to build on her skills in leadership, planning, and organizational development. Ayat’s experience reflects a deep commitment to fostering inclusive spaces and developing the next generation of changemakers.
